Registration for the European Conference on Visual Perception

Registration for the main conference allows you to submit one abstract as a first author.
Abstract should be maximum 200 words long. After the abstract submission deadline registration continues but abstract submission will no longer be possible.

Registration fees will increase from April 16, 2015

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration (Until April 15, 2015): £ 195
Late Registration (From April 16, 2015): £ 230

Student Early Registration (Until April 15, 2015): £ 175
Student Late Registration (From April 16, 2015): £ 190

Participants registered for the main conference can also attend the cocktail reception on Sunday August 23, and the Illusions Parade on Tuesday 25.
Registration also includes coffee breaks and lunch (lunch bag) for the four days (Monday-Thursday).
The social dinner can be booked as an option on the same page as the registration, and will be in the magnificent St George's Hall.

ABSTRACT BOOK

As discussed at the 2014 business meeting, the full abstract book will not be included as a default part of the registration. Instead there will be a programme booklet similar to the one in Belgrade 2014. Abstracts will be available electronically for computers and mobile devices (using Guidebook). On the registration page (link above) you will be asked a question about wanting to purchase the full abstract book. This is for information only so that the Perception stand will have enough copies for everybody that may want to buy this as an extra.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken through a standard checkout procedure and payment will be processed immediately. This will complete the registration process and abstract submission can begin.

Please note that all payments will be effected in British pound. When charging your credit card, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated.

It will be possible to pay on site the late fees. However, please note that abstract submission will not be possible if payment has not been made in advance.

Refund after written cancellation is possible until the deadline:
Full refund deadline: May 30, 2015
60% refund deadline: August 1, 2015
no refund after August 1, 2015
