Henry Ford Building

The Henry Ford Building houses the state-of-the-art renovated Max Kade Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 1200, as well as lecture halls and conference halls for the Academic Senate of the Freie Universität of Berlin. The building also holds an exhibition on the history of Freie Universität, "Future from the Very Beginning."

Please take U3 (underground 3) in direction of Krumme Lanke to stop Thielplatz and take a 7 min walk to the conference venue Henry Ford Building.

(15 km) approx. 25 min by taxi and approx. 40 min by public transport.

Please take bus no. 109 direction Zoologischer Garten, change at Jakob-Kaiser-Platz to U7 (underground 7) in direction of Rudow, change at Fehrbelliner Platz to U3 (underground 3) in direction of Krumme Lanke to stop Thielplatz and take a 7 min walk to the conference venue Henry Ford Building.

(25 km) approx. 45 min by taxi and approx. 60 min by public transport.

Please take bus no. X7 to stop Rudow, there please change to U7 (underground 7) in direction of Spandau, change at Fehrbelliner Platz to underground 3 in direction of Krumme Lanke to stop Thielplatz and take a 7 min walk to the conference venue Henry Ford Building.

 

Parking

There are no parking spaces assigned to Henry Ford Building, please use the parking spaces in the area around the Freie Universität. We strongly recommend to use public transport to get to the conference venue.
